Stack’s Bowers Auctions Physical Cryptocurrency Offerings

Stack’s Bowers Galleries has announced their first crypto sale since their record-breaking Cryptocurrency Anniversary event in November 2022. The Whitman Coin & Collectibles Spring Expo will feature a Physical Cryptocurrency Session with 302 lots, including 168 Loaded and 134 Non-Loaded coins. This will be the largest live auction yet in this sector.

The coins offered are from the Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, Dogecoin, ViaCoin? and BitCoRe cryptocurrencies and include popular series such as Casascius, Lealana, BTCC, Alpen Coin, Bitcoin Penny Co., Crypto Imperator, Denarium, 1HoDLCLUB, Microsoul, MoonBits, NastyFans, Satori, and Titan Mint. A pair of special notes, a matched six-coin set of Pattern 2013 Lealana Bitcoins, and a five-coin set of Pattern 2013 Lealana Litecoins are also on offer.

The sale also features a range of rare silver varieties, including 0.1 BTC and 0.25 BTC coins from the Lealana series, as well as a selection of 2021-2022 “Bitcoin Cent” 1.01 BTC coins that have never been offered at a live auction. From the Casascius series, there are coins such as the 2011 “CASACIUS ERROR” 1 BTC Brass (in MS-66 condition), and a 2011 Casascius 1 BTC Silver with a unique pattern. Other coins from this series include a 2012 “Error” 1 BTC Gold and a 2012 “Error” 1 BTC Silver.
