Crypto.com and LeBron James Foundation In Partnership to Educate Kids about Web3

Crypto.com and 4-time NBA Finals MVP LeBron James are now partners, with the search being for philanthropic opportunities close to the athlete’s home town. This was announced in the Akron Beacon Journal on Friday. With this partnership, Web3 and blockchain modules will be included in the training of young people in the I Promise program of the LeBron James Family Foundation.

“To further our commitment to educational excellence, this partnership will provide students and families affiliated with the I PROMISE program with access to the resources and tools necessary to take part in and succeed in building the future of the internet, Web3.” This was declared in a press release by the LeBron James Family Foundation.

It is estimated that the I PROMISE program has over 1,600 students, who will now be able to acquire the knowledge and skills to use blockchain technology in their daily lives. The exchange will additionally increase its aid to the Foundation, although the specifics of the multiyear agreement were not revealed.

The partnership with Angel City Football was also announced to help promote financial awareness.
