U.Today brings you the top three news stories from the past weekend. Check them out!

1. Ripple Case Decision More Crucial Than Ever
Crypto lawyer Stephen Deaton, founder of CryptoLaw, recently tweeted that Judge Torres’ ruling in the Ripple lawsuit is becoming increasingly more significant with each passing day. He stated that if the ruling is positive for XRP, it will have a positive effect on other coins, while a negative verdict would maintain the status quo and potentially accelerate the SEC’s enforcement agenda. Scott Melker (“Wolf of all streets” on Twitter) had previously written that Americans need to fight back against the SEC, otherwise they would be left with only BTC, ETH, LTC, and BCH to trade on Wall Street-run exchanges.

2. 94 Billion SHIB Stolen by PolyNetwork Hackers
On July 2, Lookonchain blockchain analytics firm reported that hackers had attacked PolyNetwork, a cross-chain protocol, for the second time. The attackers sold 94 billion SHIB tokens for 360 Ethers (ETH), in addition to 495 million COOK tokens and 15 million RFuel tokens. It is estimated that the stolen assets, which were exchanged on various crypto platforms like KuCoin, FixedFloat, ChangeNOW, and Tornado Cash, reached a total value of $4.39 million. The hackers then swapped some of the assets, such as sUSD, RFuel, COOK, and others, for mainstream assets valued at $1.22 million via Uniswap and PancakeSwap.

3. SHIB, BTC, ETH Can Now Be Used to Book 600 Airlines
Binance announced on July 1 that it had partnered with Alternative Airlines, a global flight booking site. Cryptocurrency holders are now able to book flights on 600 airlines using over 70 digital assets supported by Binance Pay, including Shiba Inu (SHIB), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Additionally, those who book flights from July 1 to August 31 using Binance Pay will receive a 3% discount.
