Ethereum (ETH), the second most common crypto after Bitcoin (BTC), managed to regain the $1,800 level as BTC sustained the $28,000 mark during early Friday morning. Other major altcoins — such as Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), Solana (SOL), and Litecoin (LTC) — all experienced a surge in value. The Mask Network (MASK) token became the biggest gainer of the bunch, with a 24-hour rise of over 21 percent. Arbitrum (ARB), conversely, became the biggest loser, with a 24-hour drop of 88 percent.
At the time of writing, the total cryptocurrency market capitalization was $1.18 trillion, a 24-hour increase of 3.06 percent.
Bitcoin (BTC) price today
Bitcoin was priced at $28,270.13, with a 24-hour increase of 3.11 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. Indian exchange WazirX reported that BTC’s price was Rs 24.41 lakhs.
Ethereum (ETH) price today
ETH was priced at $1,814.92, a 24-hour leap of 4.29 percent. Indian exchange WazirX said that Ethereum cost Rs 1.58 lakhs.
Dogecoin (DOGE) price today
DOGE rose by 3.94 percent, per CoinMarketCap figures, and was trading at $0.07686. WazirX stated that Dogecoin was priced at Rs 6.60 in India.
Litecoin (LTC) price today
Litecoin jumped by 7.12 percent. At the time of writing, it was priced at $93.58. LTC cost Rs 7,971.83 in India.
Ripple (XRP) price today
XRP cost $0.434, a 24-hour rise of 3.29 percent. According to WazirX, Ripple was priced at Rs 38.20.
Solana (SOL) price today
Solana had a 24-hour increase of 3.84 percent and was trading at $22.15. WazirX reported that SOL was priced at Rs 2,001 in India.
