Social Network is getting ready to launch its mainnet on April 22, aiming to enhance the scalability of Bitcoin. As part of the launch, the platform will also offer a gamified NFT experience called “touch grass” to its participants.
The fair launch will be open to the public on April 14, following an early access period for testnet contributors and Bitcoin Regen holders. According to Sukhveer Sanghera, Founder and CEO of Earth Wallet and Core Contributor to Social Network, this launch represents a significant step forward for Bitcoin, making it more accessible, efficient, and beneficial to the environment.
In addition to the fair launch, Social Network plans to introduce an NFT experience for its users. This Pokemon Go-like game aims to not only provide a fun and engaging experience but also promote a fair global distribution and align with the platform’s sustainability goals.
Elizabeth Tan, a Social Network contributor, believes that the gamification aspect of the launch will encourage people to explore the outdoors and reconnect with nature.
