Rightfulshare, a revenue equality advocacy motion, recently declared the launch of an unconditional crypto UBI transfer program for South African businessmen. According to the Jan. 31 press release, the UBI cryptocurrency will be given to the selected recipients “at Gooddollar to use however they choose.”

Furthermore, the statement from Rightfulshare praised the launch as a groundbreaking step that will bring about a revolution. It stated that the launch “will bring both Web3 resources and solutions to a small town in the country.”

Speaking on the launch, Rightfulshare founder Karen Jooste said that it not only increases the chances of unemployed people being employed, but also encourages South Africans to be entrepreneurial. “We need a new approach to address poverty in South Africa. The current system is not working and we can no longer pretend that there will be enough jobs for everyone. By giving visibility to the benefits of a digital basic income transfer, we are expanding the possibilities for South Africans and fueling the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit present in the country,” Jooste said.

In addition to the crypto UBI every month for 12 months, Rightfulshare mentioned that recipients “will also have access to mentoring and learning opportunities.” Such options include enterprise development to Web3 training.

According to the press release, Rightfulshare’s crypto UBI is being reproduced within the metaverse in order to help people outside of South Africa understand the mission better.
