Tether Operations Limited, the company that created the USDT stablecoin, has announced its investment in the Series Round of Academy Digital Industries, a platform for education based in Georgia. This investment in the educational platform is a result of the company’s recent initiatives to promote blockchain innovation.

Paolo Ardoino, Tether’s Chief Operating Officer, said in a statement: “Tether is a strong believer in financial freedom, freedom of communications, and freedom of education. High quality, accessible, and unbiased education is one of the most important pillars for the future of humanity.”
