Mastercard and Unbanked have established a presence in the UK. To launch card programs, relationships with major Web3 organizations have been created to promote innovation in the finance sector. Through this initiative, Unbanked and Mastercard are striving to enable the issuance of cryptocurrency-powered card solutions focused on simplicity, security, and customer protection.

Unbanked has been working with the Litecoin Foundation to supply the Litecoin card to US residents for over two years. With the Unbanked and Mastercard partnership, the Litecoin Card is now available to UK and European residents. Litecoin is one of the oldest and most widely used cryptocurrencies in the world, designed to provide fast, secure and low-cost transactions through the unique features of blockchain technology.
