LTC and SOL Spike to 1-Week Highs on Monday – Market Roundup

Solana (SOL) recently gained on Monday after recent declines. The token dropped below $20.00 last week, but surged to a peak of $21.49 earlier in today’s session. This rally has brought Solana to its strongest position since last Monday, when the price was almost $22.00. One of the catalysts of today’s gains came as the 14-day relative strength index (RSI) broke out of a ceiling at 45.00.

Litecoin (LTC) also moved higher in today’s session, with price climbing by as much as 7%. Following a low of $81.75 was reached on Sunday, LTC/USD sped to a intraday high at $87.54 in the early part of the day. This is the token’s highest point ever, and it has traded near the $90.00 level since March 2006. From the chart, a break-out of the RSI was also seen, as a ceiling set at 51.00 was breached. It is possible that litecoin will move over $90.00 within the next few days.
